Today for tech we finished our Mince and Cheese pies. It turned out to look great. The ingredients we needed today was cheese, two different pastries, our mince from last week and egg wash. We first had to heat up the mince again with the pots. After that we made a start on our pies. After that we made a design. We then put the pies in the oven. After a couple minuted they were ready to be eaten.
