Last week our school went down to Dunkirk park for our school Cross Country. The year seven's and eights had to run five laps. There were two hills that we had to get run up. It really tough, but I managed to complete it. The first three runners make it into the interschool. AJ and Daniel both tied at first place and Te wai placed second/third.
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson, and Ms Kirkpatrick.

Cross Country 2016
This afternoon the whole school went to Dunkirk Park to do cross country. The first race was the Yr 1's it was really close. The next race was the Yr 2's they run there fastest it was pretty intense. As the races were getting closer to the Yr 7 and 8's I got nervous and had butter fly's in my stomach. We had to run 4 laps around the course. The most important thing was to pace yourself. I tried to pace myself but I did my best. I ran all of the laps and never stopped. I tried to make it into third but I came fourth.

Warriors visit PBS
Two of the warriors came to PBS, Ryan Hoffman and John Palavi. Georgia came as well she was the one calling out the questions. First they introduced themselves. There was a spinning wheel, there were different topics, and which ever one it lands on we talk about. The first topic was trivia. We were doing questions. Whoever gets the questions correct gets a spot prize. Another way to win prizes was to read the words on the board. Thanks to Alice to for sponsoring PBS.
