For this Summer Learning Journey I had to post a picture of my favourite food and explain why its my favourite. My favourite food is Spicy noodles. It is my favourite food because the seasonings that go with it gives is a great taste, the spice in it is my favourite because I love spicy food.

For this Summer Learning Journey I drew a picture of me doing my future job. I decided to use google drawing and google drawing tools. My dream job is to be an architect because you get to create and build so many buildings and other unique things. I did take a while to complete this drawing and I hope it looks good.

For this Summer learning Journey I had to compare, contrast and find the similarities of my house and a wharepuni (a place where maori people slept in). I decided to create a venn diagram. An interesting fact I learnt was that the roofs of a wharepuni are thatched. 

PBS Blogging Journey

Did you know the Skytower is taller than the Eiffel Tower? I have created a DLO that has 5 facts about the Skytower. I think they are all interesting but the one I find most interesting is 2nd one. This is the 1st activity for day two of the PBS Blogging Journey. The next activity for day two is create a mascot for the Skytower.

The activity for day 2's bonus activity is to find 5 different activities you can do at the Skytower. One thing I found interesting was holiday activities are being held there. The activity I would like to do most out of the ones I found was the Skywalk. I think it would be a very exhilarating and interesting experience for me.

For this activity I had to watch a video. The video was about young girl Named Laura Dekker. She had sailed around the whole world at the age of fourteen. I think that is really amazing. I then had to imagine if I could interview her. Here are my questions:

Winter Learning Journey

The first activity of the second day of the Winter Learning Journey is to visit three places: Rangitoto Island, Karekare Beach and Tane Mauhuta. I then needed to decide which place I enjoyed most. I decided to choose Karekare beach, because it is guaranteed you can get great surfs the. It is also one of the most spectacular beaches in NZ. The waves are also very big fun. On a Sunny day the beach looks amazing.
