This is my score on Bike Racing Math Rounding. My score was 7,350 and I came first. It was a game where I had to beat the other racers the only way to go faster is to get your answers right. My questions were rounding numbers. I really enjoyed playing this game. This is my favourite Math game I've played so far.

### New Zealand flag vote

LS2 voted whether we wanted to change the flag or not. We had to listen and respect people's opinions and we did. Our learning intention was to make an inform choice (a choice based on information.) Before we voted we got into our thinking groups and wrote down why we should change it and why we shouldn't change it.

This is my result in my maths game for place value. I had to answer some easy questions but the last three questions were quite tricky. The hardest question was the money one I didn't understand the sign so I took a guess. I did this because I wanted to see how well I know my place values.

This is my emaze presentation on how to stand up to bullies. I also had write what to do when a bully is trying to pick a fight, when they insult you and if a bully keeps bullying you. I did this because people get bullied a lot and if they come across this presentation they would know what to do.

### Maths multiplication 3,4 & 7

These are my results for my multiplication. I got asked 20 questions. I had to complete it in under a minute. my favourite one was the 7 times tables because I have been practising them and it is the most challenging one out of 3 and 4. I did this to see how good I am in times tables especially for 7 times tables.

Sylis and I played a game called multiplying by 10. Playing the game was fun. The first and second game Sylis won but the last game I won. We had to get a dice and a counter. We had to put our counter on the start. The next step we have to roll the dice whatever number it lands on you have to move up the line. The box that you are on has a multiplication question and you have to answer it.

### Tech - Fruit salad

The Yr 7s made fruit salad for week 5. The first thing we were talking about was knives. The ingredients were grapes oranges, Kiwi fruits, apples, chocolate chip, dark chocolate and pineapple juice. I enjoyed making it. My favourite was putting the chocolate chip and the dark chocolate in the cup of fruit salad. I learnt how to make fruit salad.

This is my Smart timesavers I did with Daniel and Aj. This is a DLO that will tell you how to find stuff faster on the internet and how to use the find bar. I did this because it was a task. I learnt how to find stuff on the internet a lot faster.

### Science - Oobleck

For our third activity for science was Oobleck. First we had to put four tablespoons of cornflower. Next we had to wake a bring all the cornflower to the edges of the bowl. After that we had to put food colouring in the cup of water. Then add little by little of water in the bowl. Soon it would become harder. We had to keep mixing it. Once we finished we pooked it and our fingers did not get wet but when we grabbed it dripped like liquid. We learnt that it was a nonewtonian fluid.

### Science - Baking soda & Vinegar

For group three the second activity for science in LS2 was Baking soda and vinegar. We learnt another word for baking soda it is called bicarbonate of soda. When we to poured the vinegar in the baking soda it started to rise and bubbles came out. The next thing we did was the change the type of vinegar. When we poured in the different vinegar more bubbles came out and it stunk really bad.

Our topic this term is science. For LS2 we split up into three groups. I am in group three. We had to make a Google presentation on how to be a scientist.
