For tech this week we made Upside down Mango Cake. The first things we did were get a tablespoon of golden syrup, three quarters of butter, get flour and mango. We then sliced the mango and placed them on the golden syrup. We mixed the flower, butter and eggs. We had to whisk it until it was runny, once we had done that we had to put on top of the mango an syrup. The last step was baking it. Once that was finished we got to eat and it was delicious.
