Dance

This morning in LS2 we started our dance lessons. We first had to find out what a warm up is. A warm up is a mini workout. It gets your body ready to go. It helps you get your blood flow going. It helps you focus and ready. It is important to warm up before you do a physical activity. This is because warming up avoids you from getting injuries. A very long warm up is not good so, keep it simple. The first thing we did was follow a video tutorial on a warm up. The next thing we did was a bit more challenging. We had to buddy up and make up our own warm up exercise. My partner was Dallas. We then had to find a song. We then had to practise our warm while listening to the song. After that we had to go to another pair and show them our warm up. Their feed forward to us was make our exercise longer.
