Yesterday afternoon we had World of Maths. We were put into groups then given a piece of paper and pencil. After that we started a activty. My groups first activity was the maze. We had a magnet and it connected to the ball. We managed to finish that really fast. My favourite activity was the shadow's rule again activity. We had to measure the how long the power pole's shadow was. The smaller shadow was 2 meters long and the other was 20 meters long. There was a small one and a big one. We had to figure out how many times the bigger one was to the smaller one. My team was struggling on this question but at the end we managed to get the correct answer. Once we had got our number we had to times it by 2. I really enjoyed this activity because involved times tables. Thanks to Charles for organising all of this.
