Wevideo - Reading follow up

This is my wevideo task I did with Cyrus. We had to take photos of the the story we read then do a voiceover. I did this because I wanted to try out wevideo. I learnt how to use Wevideo. we hope you enjoy the video.

Bus strike - Ifake text

LS2 created a DLO on the bus strike event. We had to partner up with our homework buddy. We had to learn the two points of view (both sides). We had to choose what role we wanted to do. I choose the bus drivers and Harry choose the public. We went on ifake text and used it to show them speaking. I did this because I have never used ifake text.

Mathsmulti - 8, 3, 9

This is my result on my maths timestables. I did 8, 3 and 9. I got all of it right in under 1 minute. I am getting slower at multiplication. Next time I will try an get it in 45 seconds or under. I did this to see how fast I am at time tables.

Word clines - can do

This is my word clines can do. I had to choose a word then make it more interesting up the line. The first word I did was happy but it was to easy so I decided to do another. The word was small. I did this because I wanted to learn new words. I learnt two new words.

Current Events - Bus drivers on strike

Calvin I worked on a current event activity. our topic was bus driver go on strike. We had to first answer the first three question. Then we had to read the article carefully and find out some specific and clear answers. Next we had to go on the mat and share our ideas. All the good ideas we shared we expanded it and made it more clearly. We had to look at the bus drivers point of view and the public's point and write down how they might of felt. After that we had to finish of our last questions.

Quick write

Once. Not twice, but once upon a time. In the land where East meets West and North meets South, which is nowhere, everywhere and here there lived a gentleman. His name was Sir Albert, He loved gardening. It was his favourite hobby, but one day he went to go pick up his shovel when he fell down a mysterious well. “Wow,what is this place?”he whispered, he soon realised he was surrounded by magical fairies.

Reon and I worked together and wrote a quick write. We had a starter. On the card it had the first two sentences and we had to carry it on ourselves.

Narrative plan

Reon and I worked together to write a plan for a narrative story. We did three plans for three narratives. I choose a the tornado. We needed to write what our hook was going to be, what will happen in the story and how they solve the problem.
