For the first Summer Learning Journey activity I had to find three interesting facts about Maui.
Three interesting facts about Maui:
1. Maui was the youngest out of his brothers.
2. Maui always wanted to go fishing with his older brothers
3. Maui has a special karakia that he recites
I have heard other stories about Maui one being how Maui slowed the sun.

These are good facts about Maui. Did you enjoy the story? I thought it was a very interesting story. Maui's brothers were quite mean to him though. I wonder why they were so mean. Do you think you might know why?
