Summer Learning Journey

For this activity for the Summer Learning Journey I had to say if breakfast is the healthiest meal of the day or not. I think it is because it wakes you up, energises you, makes you ready for the day. The most important reason I think breakfast in the most important meal of the day is because it makes you stay focus in school and helps you think (if you go to school).

    1. Hi AJ and Oh Hsen,

      I agree with both of you - it is a very important meal and one that helps our bodies to wake up and feel energised. If I don't eat breakfast I feel a bit tired and a bit groggy. I can also tell that I don't think as clearly as I should!

      What did you both have for breakfast this morning? I 'kick started' my day with a bowl of sultana bran cereal and a cup of peppermint tea. It was really tasty.

    I agree with you, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you have breakfast and then you go to school, you remain focused for most of the day. Keep blogging!
